Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due before event completion. Any delay in payment may affect service delivery.
Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Between 3-6 days, a 50% refund applies. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the event. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
